Moved my blog to github.io

I replicated the content of my blog to https://bjoernmichaelsen.github.io/blog/ where it can be accessed ad-free even without ad blockers. Also the old content from livejournal has been replicated there.

New content will be added only there from now on.

For Planet Document Foundation, the feed should be updated to the feed for LibreOffice relevant topics.
